We kindly inform you about the update of the LIP Manual.
The current valid version 5, dated 15 April 2025, is available for download in the section:
FOR PROJECT PARTNERS → LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS.

In the updated version of the LIP Manual:

• the requirement to submit a feasibility study for projects under the ACCESSIBILITY and BORDERS priorities has been removed,
• the eligibility rules for costs under the STAFF budget line have been clarified.
• Annex 4. Full list of indicators was updated
